If you didn’t purchase the game and have been waiting to play the Diablo 4 Open Beta, now is your chance! The early download for the open beta will begin on March 22 at 9 a.m. PDT. And it will be available to everyone from March 24 to 26.
There is no invitation or access code required for the open beta weekend. If you already took part in it, you do not need to download the early access beta client again. However, if it’s your first time, you will have to download it first. The beta will let players experience the basic gameplay of Diablo 4, and as some bugs are to be expected, beta feedback will be reviewed before Diablo IV’s final release.

What to Expect from the Diablo 4 Open Beta?
As much as there are similarities between the early access beta and the open beta, there are also some differences.
As was the case in the early access beta, the players will get the chance to explore the prologue and the first act of the game. They will be able to advance up to level 25. And the only available classes were Rogue, Barbarian, and Sorcerer. However, during the Diablo 4 Open Beta, two more classes will be included in the gameplay. As an addition to the initial three classes, Druid and Necromancer classes can also be played.
If you played the early access beta, you probably know of Ashava, one of the new World Bosses added to the game. Players who had early access to the game already had a chance to fight Ashava in the early access beta, and now, all players will have this chance during the Diablo 4 Open Beta. Ashava can be challenged on March 25 at various times.
If you played the early access beta and you are worried about your progress during the open beta, fear not! Because all progress from the early access beta will carry over to the open beta. Unfortunately, however, once the beta period ends, all characters will be deleted.
